By building a web-controlled claw machine, we helped lift the launch of Volkswagen’s new Amarok V6 Highline truck. Designed and produced from blueprint to full-fledged machine, the meter-wide mechanical claw stood inside an industrial shed alongside the new V6. Presale-purchasers could access a campaign site and control the claw to lift a series of stone blocks placed around the truck, each representing extras people could win for their new Amarok. The claw was capable of exerting more than half a ton of pressure, ensuring all purchasers were able to win an extra feature for their new ride.
